11 Months Old Today

The girls turned 11 months old, so the countdown really begins now until they are 1 year old. I don't have much new to report since last week but we have been enjoying a full night's rest for the last 10 days or so. So, it took just about 11 months but we are finally at the point where nobody is waking up during the night (let's hope it continues). Update: Maddy is getting her two top front teeth so she has been up the last two nights (I knew as soon as I typed the above I would jinx us). They go to bed between 7-8pm and get up at about 6am. It is early and we'd love for it to be 7am but since they go to bed so early we can't expect them to sleep much more. They are on a pretty good schedule with taking two naps: a morning nap around 8:30 or 9 and then in the afternoon around 2pm.

They are so active these days. Molly can stand alone for minutes at a time now and Tess is almost there. Maddy is finally able to get herself up and down. Diaper changes have become a wrestling match with all of them as they just do not want to stay still for it. They take twice as long now and that is multiplied x3...ugggh!!

The girls really seem to enjoy going to One Life to Live and seeing people and getting all the attention they get there. If anything, it breaks up the week for them and gives them the opportunity to get out of the house which you can tell they love. They are doing well with napping there in the PackNPlay's too which I am pleasantly surprised by.

They are taking them "on location" for some filming in early May which should be an interesting experience. It has been picking up more lately because the storyline is using the girls a bit more...so stay tuned!

April Fools Entry

Well, Spring seems to be officially here at last. We have been enjoying the nice weather and getting out to the park and for walks. It is fun to be able to put the girls on the swings now and they love it.

Here is a status on the teeth front:
Molly is leading the pack with 4 on top and 2 on the bottom (6 total)
Tess has 2 on top with a 3rd one coming in right now and 2 on the bottom (4 almost 5 total)
Maddy has 2 on the bottom

The girls are really getting a kick out of each other lately. Maddy likes to shake her head back and forth and that always get the others laughing. Maddy can also clap her hands. Tess likes to take her hands and pat the top of her head when she has her hands covered in food. They other girls think this is funny but not for the ones who have to clean her up! Every meal with Tess requires a good wash afterwards....a lot of extra work. Tess also loves to put the rings on the post and wait for everyone to cheer. Molly is now starting to stand alone for longer periods and she still loves to dance!
