Working Girls?

As Dennis has joked, I may have just created the next "Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears". Let's hope not!!!! It all started with a conversation on a walk with my friend Courtney who has 18 month old triplets who told me about her friend Ingrid who is a talent agent in NYC and how they went on a bunch of auditions when they were babies. She called Ingrid and told her about us and next thing you know, Ingrid set us up with a few auditions. I guess this is one of the bonuses of having multiples. I never thought I would get involved in this industry and want nothing to do with the land of stage moms, but this could be fun for awhile. Seeing as the winter is approaching and our days of going to the pool and out for walks are over, it will give us something to do to get out of the house. Oh, and the chance to bring in a few dollars is nice too considering I have zero income now. But, of course, the money will go to the girls' accounts (required by law anyway) which is a great way to start saving for them. So, anyway, we went on a couple photo shoot auditions for Fisher Price and then two soap operas - All My Children and One Life to Live. This has all been over the last 3 weeks and we found out last week that they got the job for One Life to Live. They hired all 3 girls to play "Baby Chloe" which is the character Starr's soon to be baby. They may or may not even appear in the episode depending on how things go because I understand they hired several babies and will just see how things work out during the shooting. They are signed up for 3 days of shooting starting Monday, 9/29. I expected the worst going on these auditions but they exceeded my expectations as everyone was so nice and respectful of the babies and we were in and out of there in no time. One time we showed up for the Fisher Price audition and all three girls were still sleeping and they told us to let them sleep and they would wait for them to wake up. It turns out that on the One Life to Live gig, they provide a Baby Nurse to help us and a dedicated room for us and meals. So, the way my mom and I figure is that this could be easier than being at home with just us. I also figure we should take advantage while we are still living so close to NYC. We'll see how it goes though and how the girls react to it all. Tess has had huge #2's during two of the auditions so she may have a little nervous stomach...poor thing. Stay tuned! Henry's baptism was a great day and he was a little angel during it all. Here are a few pictures to leave you with......
